We thank you for your interest in AORN and our chapter. We hope that you not only enjoy your visit to this site, but we would also like to invite you to attend a chapter meeting.

AORN of Twin Cities is a very active chapter with 350+ members from the surrounding area hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. Our membership includes, staff nurses, management, RNFA's who are privately employed. This chapter also welcomes membership to members of industry, but in keeping with national, does not allow delegate status or voting privileges to these members.

Our chapter has nine meetings per year, taking the months of July, August and Congress off. Because we take the summer months off, we use the first meeting in September as our "Fall Kick-off". It is a nice way to learn of the activities of the chapter, renew commitments, and to sign up for the various committees that we offer.

7:00 PM - Presentation: Overview of LASER Safety in Healthcare Facilities (1.0 CH*)
presented by Bill Janssen, Medical LASER Specialist
Refreshments provided.
Donation Theme: The Silent Auction postponed from the December meeting will be held. Please bring donations for the Union Gospel Mission. Items to include are personal care items, or new/gently used clothing for men.
